I totally cheated by not doing them as the day progressed… but HAPPY HOURLY COMIC DAY. It was yesterday.

Okayso. I went to a LATIN COMPETITION today and it was pretty exciting. Also ridiculously long. But also exciting! I took some tests and stuff about Latin things and whatnot and I submitted a drawing of Narcissus. Yay!

I got third place for it. YAY. Exciting stuff. Latinlatinlatin.

Emma: Lara, look at this? (holding up an envelope)
Lara: Haha, college mail?
Emma: Noooo… Jones Soda Co.
Lara: WHAAAAAAAAAT.

Okay. So. Remember that one time when I submitted a photo to Jones Soda? I’m just going to type this up:

HOLIDAYS ARE COMIN’

I saw The Princess and the Frog the other day and loved it! They used every Disney cliche ever and still rocked it! YAY DISNEY! Please do more 2D animation. Please. The shadows were so cool and definitely something that small-child-me would be afraid of! They reminded me of the green evil demon things from Anastasia. I loved all of the human character designs enough that they made up for the kind of lame animal designs. I did like frog!Tiana’s design.

Anyways. HOLIDAYS ARE COMING.

Ring tones doesn’t start with “cast” but whatever.

Okay, so. Cast lists for The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee and The Mikado were posted today. I’m chorus in the Mikado but I don’t much mind because that was what I had predicted I would be. I’m Logainne in Spelling Bee which is super exciting because I have seriously wanted to play this role since I first found out about the show when I was twelve. So. Exciting x 100.

On a totally different note, I started watching Castle and I love it.  A lot. This was a short thought. Moving on.

The other day, I decided to let Sam pick out a special ring tone for when she called or texted me. She chose this one song that sounds like the music that would play on a TV right before a scene change or something. You know the type! Anyways, whenever she texts me I feel like a TV character or something. It’s pretty amusing.
